Cybermeticism: the name.

Cybernetics meets hermeticism — regulated-systems rigor fused with a participatory ontology.

PHYLLOTAXISPhyllotaxis — the golden angle that packs a sunflower. Complex order from one simple rule; as above, so below.

Cybernetics meets hermeticism. The engineering rigor of regulated-systems theory fused with the participatory ontology of as-above-so-below. Not cybernetics wearing a spiritual coat, and not hermeticism dressed up in math — the third stance that becomes possible once you stop treating them as alternatives.

OBJECTION

Fusing cybernetics with hermeticism is how you smuggle mysticism in wearing a lab coat. 'As above, so below' is a vibe, not a mechanism — the math does all the work and the hermetic half is decoration.

THE STAND

If the hermetic half were decoration I'd cut it. It earns its place as the participatory stance — the system you're inside of, not the one you observe — which the engineering alone keeps forgetting it's in.

Named the third stance plainly — not cybernetics in a coat, not hermeticism in math.

drift: The name still does more work than the definition.
