Most infrastructure makes the human do the translating: YAML, Dockerfiles, dashboards full of metrics you have to interpret. The inversion is simple — let the system speak. State intent in plain language, and have it report back the same way: here’s how I’m doing, here’s where I’m struggling.
That’s loop closure applied to tools. A dashboard is an open loop — data with no conversation. “Hey system, how are you doing?” closes it. Make technology human instead of making humans technical.
