The Sovereign Mk I started from one blunt insight: don’t make humans learn CAD — CAD around the idea. Speak the geometry into existence, see it immediately, iterate in conversation. The prototype isn’t a mockup of the thing; it IS the manufacturing spec.
Every component is a real part — millimetre dimensions, materials, tolerances, detents, serviceability. JSX becomes a specification language, and the design conversation itself becomes the primary interface. The same move as the rest of this garden, pointed at physical objects.
