Hedy Lamarr’s frequency-hopping wasn’t a louder signal — it was a signal that couldn’t be jammed, spread across frequencies so no single attack could take it down. Protection came first; the message rode on top. Most software has the order backwards: it dazzles, then leaks. A guardian that protects your attention, a device that keeps inference on-device, a record only you can hold — these put the resilience before the surface. Presentation is what you notice; protection is what lets there be anything to notice tomorrow.
